Location: Remote / Hybrid (based on client needs)

Employment Type: Part-time contract, with variable hours of approximately 15–30 per week based on client needs

Duration: Parental leave coverage, up to 12 months. Potential to continue, on as-needed basis beyond the leave, depending on client needs and fit.

About the Role:
We’re looking for a seasoned HR generalist who thrives in a consulting environment and enjoys working across multiple clients and industries. Candidates must be based in Ontario within commuting distance of KW-Southwestern Ontario.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who:
·        Values flexibility and variety in their work
·        Brings depth in at least 3 core HR areas (e.g., employee relations, compliance, compensation, talent, performance)

You’ll play a hands-on role supporting clients with both day-to-day HR needs and longer-term initiatives.

What You’ll Do
·        Act as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of clients, building strong, responsive relationships
·        Deliver hands-on HR support across areas such as employee relations, performance management, compliance, and talent practices
·        Apply your subject matter strengths (minimum three HR disciplines) to solve client challenges
·        Interpret HR data and trends to provide practical, actionable recommendations
·        Support and guide clients on employment legislation and compliance requirements
·        Contribute to building inclusive, effective, and sustainable workplace practices
·        Adapt quickly across different client environments, priorities, and industries

What You Bring
·        5+ years of recent, progressive HR experience, ideally in consulting or multi-client environments
·        Working knowledge of provincial and federal employment law
·        Demonstrated strength in at least 3HR disciplines (e.g., employee relations, policy, compensation, compliance, talent management, or performance)
·        Strong working knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices
·        Ability to translate business needs into clear, practical HR solutions
·        Confident communicator with strong client management and relationship skills
·        Highly organized, with the ability to manage shifting priorities and variable workloads
·        Sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive matters
·        A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently while staying connected to a team
